Excited to Join “Curieux Bégin” with Christian Bégin

I’m truly honored and excited to have been invited to cook on the famous Quebec TV show “Curieux Bégin” alongside the talented chef and host Christian Bégin. Being part of this program was such a special and memorable experience for me. I was even more thrilled when I learned that another guest, Bruno Blanchet, would be joining us as well!

After accepting the invitation, I proposed one of my favorite traditional Thai dishes, Tom Kha Gai (Coconut Chicken Soup), to share the authentic taste of Thailand with the people of Quebec. It was a meaningful experience that filled me with pride to present the rich flavors of Thai cuisine to a Canadian audience.

The filming day was warm, joyful, and full of laughter. Christian Bégin, the host and creator of “Curieux Bégin,” was incredibly kind and made everyone feel comfortable with his humor and energy. Bruno Blanchet flew directly from Thailand to join us, and to my delight, he even brought Thai ingredients as a thoughtful gift! I’m deeply grateful for this beautiful friendship and the connection we built through food.

During filming, I felt a little nervous — English and French are not my first languages — but everything turned out beautifully. I want to sincerely thank Christian Bégin for inviting me to be part of “Curieux Bégin” and giving me this wonderful opportunity. My heartfelt thanks also go to the entire production team for taking such great care of me.
