It was truly an honor to serve as a private chef for my wonderful friends. Cooking authentic Thai dishes for people from around the world fills me with joy and pride. Every time I bring Thai flavors to a new table, I’m reminded of how food connects us—no matter where we come from. Sharing my culture through food is not just my job, it’s my passion.


This private dinner was more than just a meal—it was a celebration of friendship and connection. My dear friend, who is a talented photographer, beautifully captured the warmth and laughter that filled the room. Through these photos, every moment of joy and togetherness shines, reminding me how food brings hearts closer.


One of the highlights of the evening was introducing everyone to a traditional Thai dessert called “Khanom Luk Chup.” This delightful treat is made from mung bean paste, molded into colorful shapes of fruits, vegetables, and even little animals. With its smooth texture, gentle sweetness, and vibrant appearance, it quickly became everyone’s favorite. Watching my guests discover and enjoy this classic Thai dessert for the first time was truly priceless.


I’m deeply grateful to have shared this unforgettable experience and created beautiful memories together. And most importantly, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Richard, my incredible assistant chef. This event wouldn’t have been possible without your help.
