Our Premier Royal Thai Cooking Class with Chef Parinya in Vancouver

I was honored and excited to be invited to teach a Royal Thai Cooking Class for students in Vancouver. This was my very first trip outside of Quebec to teach and share authentic Thai cuisine — an opportunity that filled me with both pride and joy.

The class was beautifully organized by Chef Parinya, Together, we created an inspiring and joyful cooking experience that celebrated the elegance of Royal Thai cuisine.

The atmosphere in the class was warm, lively, and full of enthusiasm. I was deeply impressed by all 15 students — their curiosity, focus, and passion were amazing, and every dish they created turned out beautifully! After the class, we all sat down to enjoy the dishes together, sharing laughter, stories, and flavors that reminded me once again how food connects people beyond borders and backgrounds.

This experience was truly unforgettable, and it reaffirmed what I have always believed: food is a universal language of connection.
