Chef Invited — Teaching Thai Cooking at Académie Culinaire

I’m truly honored to have been invited to teach a Thai cooking class at Académie Culinaire. Only one week after confirming my participation, the school informed me that the class was already fully booked — twenty students signed up!
It fills my heart with pride to see so many people eager to learn authentic Thai cuisine. My mission has always been to share the true flavors of Thailand with the world, and this class was another beautiful step on that journey.
The atmosphere during the class was full of laughter and excitement. Together, we explored several traditional Thai dishes — and of course, Pad Thai was a must! Seeing everyone enjoy cooking and tasting their own creations brought me so much joy.
The most touching moment was when my students came to thank me at the end, saying that learning Thai cuisine from a Thai chef was a magical experience.
I’m deeply grateful for this opportunity and look forward to many more moments like this — spreading the love of Thai food, one dish at a time.
