Delivery Hours
Monday to Sunday: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Minimum Food Spend for Delivery

Small weddings and corporate events require a minimum food spend of $1,500
Delivery and associated fees are separate and will be charged in addition to the food order total.
Delivery charges: Varying rates apply depending on the location.
Weekend delivery: An Additional $120 on top of the regular delivery fee.
After/before hours delivery: Varying rates apply based on time and location; charged in addition to the regular delivery fee.
Setup charges: Vary depending on the quantity of items.
For all items on reusable dishes:

Pickup of service items will take place the next business day unless otherwise pre-arranged. Additional charges may apply.

If Thai Glory bowl personnel are onsite attempting equipment pickup and it’s not possible (e.g., contact cannot be reached or dishes cannot be located),
extra pickup fees will be incurred.

Order Requirements

Standard drop-off orders require 7-14 days’ notice.

Large events/weddings: 6-12 months in advance.

Corporate or gatherings: 3-6 months in advance.

Small private events (8-15 people): 1 month in advance.
Booking Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due between 7 and 15 days before the event for small events, and 1 month before the event for large events.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Your event date is officially reserved only once the deposit has been received.
The final guest count for the menu must be confirmed 15 days before the event for small events, and 1 month before the event for large events
Any damage to rented items or decorations will be billed separately.
Last-minute changes may incur additional fees.
All invoices must be paid in full before the event date.
Delivery Eligibility
Food orders under $500 are not eligible for delivery.
Additional Services
Orders requesting individual packaging and labeling are subject to applicable charges.

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Allergy & Dietary Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special dietary restrictions, with additional charges applicable. However, as our facility is not allergen-free,
we cannot guarantee or assume liability for any cross-contamination.
