A Proud Day Celebrating Thai Culture in Québec City Last Sunday, I traveled from Montréal to Québec City to attend the Thai Gastronomy Festival 2026 at Parc Durocher. I wasn’t there as a food vendor or caterer. I simply wanted to be there as a Thai person living in Canada, to celebrate and support Thai food, culture, and traditions.
